A 15–30 minute weekly checklist for ongoing GEO operations.
Weekly Routine
For: users who completed Setup, have ≥ 20 prompts, and ran at least one probe round.
Time: 15–30 minutes per week.
Monday — 10 min “check numbers”
- Log in at geo.vidau.ai; confirm brand domain top-left
- Open Overview
- Compare Visibility / Citation / SOV vs last week
- Read AI Insights signals (if any)
- Open Issues
- Check Diagnostic Score, Prompt Health, Mentions Health
- If stale → Refresh estimates

- Issues → filter High priority
- If no High → top 3 Medium by Volume
- Open Opportunity → cross-check overlapping gaps
- Pick at most 3 prompts for this week
Wed–Thu — execute 1–2 items (20–40 min each)
For each selected Issue:
- Optimize (known fix) or Ask Agent (need diagnosis)
- Content scores ≥ 80 when done
- Save WP draft via Connectors or internal docs

- Issues: did handled prompts’ Health improve?
- Overview: KPI direction as expected?
- Note next week’s top 3 (Notion/Slack/etc.)
Monthly (+30 min)
- Prompt Management: add 2–5 trending prompts
- Issues → refresh → remove low-value High + low Volume prompts
- Agent → compare for month-over-month view
Minimum version
When short on time:
- Overview KPI check
- Issues — handle 1 Optimize
